Speed Up the Holiday Recovery

To speed up that Holiday recovery process and get rid of that dry Winter skin, try this great bath recipe to invigorate your mind and restore your well-being.

Take one cup of fresh rosemary (available from Wholefoods if you don’t have any in the garden), and steep in a bowl of boiling water for 30 minutes. While your bath water is running, use a dry brush over the entire body to get rid of dead skin. Strain the rosemary infused water into a jug and add 1 cup of Epsom salts with 2 teaspoons of olive, grapeseed or jojoba oil. Stir thoroughly and add to the bath water. To complete this wonderful brew, add 12 drops of lavender. Take a deep breath as you enter the water and then simply lie back and relax!
